It's difficult for the Australian squad to set fresh records.

The top summits have long been mastered.

"Chasing 330 runs is uncharted waters so I am glad we have the belief to do that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to repeat it but, if we do, we believe we can achieve it."

Those words will be the last rival teams at this World Cup need to hear.

In recent days a sense they will succeed regardless of circumstances has grown stronger - this triumph coming after victory over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite being 76-7 at one stage.
